At Oleny, every product is handcrafted in small batches using pure, natural ingredients. Because our items are cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or store credit.
